At Zenx, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
✅ Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✅ All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Undergarments, swimwear, and socks

Earrings or pierced jewelry

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Gift cards or promotional credits
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return

We’ll respond with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), Zenx will cover return shipping.

For all other cases (e.g., size didn’t fit, changed mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the product is returned in used/damaged condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a partial refund
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number — we’ll resolve it ASAP.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Then contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
